Treasury Solicitors Negotiation
When a company is dissolved its bank account is frozen and any balance passes to the Crown. It is possible for former members to apply for a discretionary grant from the Treasury Solicitors although the maximum amount awarded is limited to £3,000. Only one grant will be made in respect of a dissolved company and any grant is discretionary, there is no automatic right to a grant.
